We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items purchased through our official website.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Please note that due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns of used or opened beauty devices.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our team at support@elyseeskin.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return address and instructions for sending the product back.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the issue, and our support team will arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer.
We take product quality seriously and will resolve such cases promptly.
4. Processing Your Return
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Used beauty devices or skincare tools
Items not purchased directly from Elysée Skin’s official website
Gift cards or promotional items
