We take great pride in the quality of our products and the results they deliver. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make things right.
Returns
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Please include your order number and proof of purchase when contacting us.
To start a return, simply email our team at support@elyseeskin.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and next steps.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@elyseeskin.co.uk with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no hassle, no delays.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order separately.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used beauty devices or skincare tools. Please ensure the product remains sealed and unused if you wish to return it.
